Currently working as a Staff enginner on VALORANT's Store team. Set technical direction and roadmap, architect full-stack solutions, drive cross-team culture and processes. Responsible for mentoring and growing team devs.
The Store team runs players' storefronts, generating unique offers and means of access to premium content through rotations, featured bundles, and special events including the Night.Market and RiotX Arcane as well as partnerships including Loyalty Programs and XBOX Game Pass.
Work accross teams, disciplines, and time zones, to deliver large-scale features including shipping VALORANT in China, delivering VALORANT to Console, and building machine-learning driven store insights pipelines./div>

Worked in both Supply Chain Services and Universal Store Team, created cloud-based and full stack solutions for shopfloor controllers and applied machine learning. Coordinated directly with customers to develop fully featured front end interfaces.
Was responsible for mentoring and onboarding FTEs and interns. Lead small team in building new service portal for provisioning credit to customers. Owned the provisioning pipeline for resource creation and contributed to New Orleans stack for merchant services.

Conducted research with Professor Michael Levin, Director of Tufts Center for Regenerative and Developmental Biology; and Professor Matthias Scheutz, Director of Tufts Human Robotic Interaction Lab. Studied computational modeling and analysis of biomechanics in organic tissue regeneration.
Published papers relating to agent-based simulation models of planarean morphegenics and of tree frog mating. Programmed an interface for general agent-based simulations for Tufts research. Was teaching assistant for special topics course Artifical Agents and Autonomy. I continue to help with research and implementation.
